Itchy Teeth

I went there with Katharina, to hear the music and mainly to draw, without not so many expectations... but we were surprised!

a great concert of this young band "Itchy Teeth" from London. I loved the musicality in their songs, voices duos, the variety of repertoire.. yes I took the CD and I do this seltem!

Fussball Nächte

Sind nun durch und vorbei. Ich habe es kaum geguckt, nur wenn ich vorbei kam, in Main Ufer auf den Wiese. Da waren die besten Plätze und die schönste und entspanntest Atmosphäre... Bildschirm waren mir aber nicht so wichtig :)  Olé Portugal!

The football evenings are -luckly- over.. This time I didn't watcht it so serious, just by dropping at the Main shore, where the ambient was more charming and nice.. the screen was not so interesting to me as the spectators around it though..  Congrats Portugal!

Cherry blossom 2016

ajá! Pensábais que me había saltado la floración de cerezos este año? claro que no!! solo que voy un poco retrasada en el proceso de digitalización...

Did you think I have skipped the wonderful blooming of cherries this year?? not at all!! I am just a bit lazy-slowly with the digital proccess... here are they!

Rüsselsheim am Main

Es un pueblo cerca de Frankfurt, al Oeste. Tiene fama de ser industrial, y lo fue el pasado siglo..

Me encontré de nuevo con los Urban Sketchers de Rhein Main para dibujar... Primero dibujamos los alrededores de la fábrica de Opel. Yo dibujé el Mausoleo de la familia, una limpia y compacta construcción art deco..

Después de dar una vuelta y dibujar fuimos a un concierto de música celta en un local de jazz y folk llamado Dorflinde. La banda se llamaba  "Goitse", eran irlandeses y muy buenos, el "tamboretista" o percusionista en particular nos dejó estupefactos! El público era en general algo más mayor.. y bebían mucho vino y mucha sidra y muchas cervezas! ( y poca agua, creo yo.. pero lo importante esque se veían muy felices :P

Ich mag es sehr dort, sowohl drinnen wie draußen, mit dem schönen Blick auf den Main.. Hier aber keiner Ausblick, erstmal nur Leute..

Trinkhalle Gudes

USK RheinMain Treffen um Frankfurter Wasserhäuser zu zeichnen..Hier dieses in Matthias-Beltz-Platz, in Nordern... das war mein erstes und da waren Birgit, Clara, Jo, Juan und selbst. Es war anfangs April, voll sonnig mit frischem Wind... 

Erstmal habe ich ein Bleistift Skizze gemacht.. dann hatte ich Lust noch etwas frischer mit Aquarell zu malen (aber nicht ausmalen :)

Asturias

Unos dibujos de principios de Abril, que todavía andaban por ahi.. Tras aterrizar en Madrid viajé en tren rumbo Asturias , y de vuelta...así pude disfrutar de los variados paisajes ibéricos..me queda la mitad Sur, y el Este y Oeste.. hmmm en Verano quizá..

Este escáner me trae loca porque marca todas las sombras y texturas del papel de acuarela!! grrrrr

der blühende Apfelbaum

noch mal ein Apfelbaum.. ich mag die. 
El manzano florecido...

En el huerto hay un manzano que me encanta, por su preciosa silueta, tronco y copa. Un tronco antiguo y plateado que se desparrama y abre suavemente creando una copa amplia y acogedora, en parte cubierto por musgo ocre verdoso que delata su edad. Ahora está florido, los romos manojos de flores en tonalidades nacaradas adornan sus armoniosas ramas tan sublime y delicadamente que me hacen pensar en un Dios...

Break time

When the weather is nice the kids make the break outside and sometimes even, they are able to play very peacefully with each other ;)
Si el tiempo es bueno los niños de la escuela de música hacen el recreo afuera. Entonces hasta son capaces de entretenerese pacíficamente.

Zuerst habe ich die Osterglocken hier unten gezeichnet, danach habe ich meinen Kopf gedreht und die Aussicht auf die andere Richtung schnell gezeichnet bevor die Sonne untergegangen war.. so sah es ungefähr aus, in meinem Kiez beim Ostpark..

los últimos Narcisos florecidos en Ostpark, éstos de pálidos pétalos amarillo crema, y solo la corona central amarillo oscuro degradándose hacia fuera en una puntilla naranja.. son ya de unas semanas atrás. Ahora  florecen los tulipanes y otros bulbos.

Der alte Apfelbaum

In der schönen Rumpelheimer See Umgebung, östlich von Offenbach.

Es war ein sonniger Sonntag Tag, die Schlehdorne und Dornbüsche fingen an in Weiß zu blühen. Eine gestreifte Katze kam auf den Weg aber sie war so schnell wieder weg, dass ich keine Zeit um sie zu malen hatte.. So verblieb sie weiß wie ein Geist :P

Magnolia 2016

Sí! no pasará una Primavera sin retratar las magnolias..
Ëstas unos metros más allá de mi portal, enseguida salió la vecina y nos pusimos de cháchara contemplando la magnolia de su jardín.

El Retiro, Madrid

De camino a Asturias en estas pasadas Pascuas, pasé como un suspiro por Madrid, que apenas conozco.

Además del cocido y rabo de toro, el parque del Retiro fue con diferencia lo que más me gustó.. qué majestuoso, avenidas de arena clara y cipreses, los antiguos puestos de pipas y frutos secos que rememoran otros tiempos..  al Norte naves de arquitectura decimonónica, rodeadas de altísimos y escultóricos pinos romanos, y el cielo arriba tan azul castellano...  un oasis en la apestada de tráfico y ruidosa capital.
