Baumblütenfest in Werder

It was already long ago, nearly three months ago, but we had already Summer weather and Summer feelings! Spring in Berlin can be a gift. 

We went to Werder, a little, cute old village a bit further than Potsdam, along many canals and Havel river. They celebrate at the end of April this street festival, with many stands of fruit wine. 
The location is really like a dream if the weather is sunny, as it was. We made a hiking in the hills surrounding the village. There were many little "Biergarten" with really old apple trees, and also many apple trees fields that made me remember my homeland Asturias.. I just missed the Cider...

Hace ya casi tres meses tuvimos tiempo de verano, y fuimos de excursión a Werder, un antiguo pueblo un poco más allá de Potsdam, rodeado de ríos y canales.

A finales de Abril hacen un festival de vinos aprovechando la floración de todos los frutales que hacen todo tan bonito y alegre. Había muchos stands con vinos macerados con diversas frutas y la locación con ese día soleado era de ensueño. 

Caminamos por las colinas de los alrededores. Había muchos merenderos con manzanos, y muchos campos de manzanos o pomaradas, lo que me hizo recordar a mi Asturias natal .. solo faltaba el olor a sidra escanciada... y un par de culines que con gusto hubiese tomado! :)
